The task changes the number
Responding to one expected visual signal is different from choosing between several signals, tracking motion, or steering continuously. Human Precision belongs to the continuous-control side, so its distance score should not be converted into a simple reaction-time estimate.
The device changes the number
Display latency, refresh rate, input hardware, browser timing, and operating-system processing all sit between the visual event and the recorded response. That is why a personal baseline on the same setup is usually more useful than comparing unrelated web results.
Use averages as context, not verdicts
Population averages can describe a study or test condition. They do not tell you how fast you should be in every environment, and they do not turn a recreational browser result into a clinical measure.
