Caffeine can change the feel of a run

Alertness is only part of precision, and more stimulation is not automatically better control.

Caffeine is commonly used to increase alertness, so it is natural to wonder whether a cup of coffee can improve a precision score. The answer is not clean enough to turn one run into a useful caffeine test.

Alertness and control are not identical

Feeling more awake may help sustained attention or response speed, but excessive stimulation can also make fine control feel less steady for some people. Dose, timing, tolerance, sleep, food, and individual sensitivity all matter.

A personal experiment needs consistency

If you are simply curious, compare several runs under similar conditions instead of relying on one attempt. Keep the device, time window, environment, and practice level as consistent as possible.

Keep the conclusion narrow

Human Precision is not designed to recommend a caffeine dose or evaluate health effects. A score can tell you how one game run went. It cannot tell you whether caffeine is safe, necessary, or beneficial for you.
