The wall stream never asks for one fixed response. You decide which opening to target, whether to move early or late, and how much correction is necessary. That combines perception, choice, and movement.
Why this distinction matters
Two people can have similar simple reaction times while performing differently in a continuous control task. Prediction, movement efficiency, and attention can separate them even if their basic response delay is similar.
